The Friends of the Library sponsors an annual sale of books, movies, and music. Donations may be brought to the Friends Book Bin in the Continuous Book Sale area. Large donations should be left at the service desk of the Children's Library. The Friends next book sale will be in April 2011. Members of the Friends of the Library will be admited to a preview sale. The Friends also sponsor a continuous book sale in the Cafe area of the library. Donations of gently used books, movies, and music are accepted all year round for these sales, which benefit the Library. Text books, encyclopedias, computer books more than 3 years old, and musty, damaged materials are not accepted for the sale.

Friends of the Library Donor Wall: Donate $1,500 for a Hanging Sculpture. For a donation of $250 or more, the donor receives an engraved plaque on the wall.
