Join Friends of the Addison Public Library

The Friends of the Addison Public Library is a nonprofit organization that supports enhancements of collections and services at the Library. Some of the Friends activities include an annual book sale, continuous book sale, sponsorship and volunteering at special events, and fundraising activities.

The group's dues and proceeds from additional fundraising are used to enhance the library's resources and support services that are beyond the library's budget. This last year, the Friends have purchased art work and a donor wall for the new library and supported Summer Reading, Addison Reads, and Parent University.

In addition to the satisfaction members have of supporting the Addison Public Library, Friends Members will receive the additional benefits of free admission to the preview of the Friends of the Library Book Sales,.
