Perks and Possiblities Cafe Opens September 6

Now that the fall semester is under way, Perks and Possibilities Cafe opens on Tuesday, Septembr 6. The hours are limited: Monday through Thursday from 9 to 11 am.

Enjoy freshly brewed coffee, tea, and cool drinks. Donuts, muffins, yogurt, and a variety of snack items are also for sale. Perks and Possibilities is open Monday through Thursday from 9 to 11 am.

The café is a joint venture between the library and DuPage High School District 88. The café’s operators are students from the Transitions Program and their advisors. This program helps cognitively disabled students, ages 19-21, learn life skills, obtain job training in a community setting, and transition to life after District 88.

Stop by to enjoy good coffee and great smiles.
