Addison Lions Club Donates Large Type Books

The Addison Lions Club donated $1000 to the Addison Public Library for the Large Type collection. With this generous donation,the library purchased 44 new titles in the large-type format.
The need for Large Type books has increased dramatically over the last few years. The Large Type publishers have responded to this need by increasing the variety of genres, authors, and subjects available in this format as well as having simultaneous releases of major authors with their regular print editions.
The generosity of the Lions Club helps the library to better serve our community.
