Annette Leiber Is the Artist of the Month

Artist Annette Leiber's watercolors remain on display through November 7. Stop by the second floor, across from the elevator, and spend a few moments enjoying the works of this talented artist.
Annette and art in Addison are synonymous. She paints in many different mediums; for this display she selected watercolors. In Annette's own words, "Art has many meanings. Each individual understands and appreciates art from an intensely personal point of view. My goal is to present my views of beauty and meaning."
Annette is an award-winning artist who has served on the board of many community arts and education programs. She founded the Addison Art Guild and the Addison Children's Theatre. She serves on the Cultural Arts Development Commission. She has volunteered her time in local elementary schools to introduce children to and broaden their understanding of the role of art in their lives. Annette recently fulfilled her dream of a dedicated site in Addison where residents can enjoy and take part in all phases of the arts, the Addison Center for the Arts.
