Everyone is welcome to read a magazine or check email by the fireplace in our library’s quietest space. This room is open to people of any age during normal library hours when not in use for a program. Cell phones and computers are allowed if set to silent. A few times a year, we'll hold small, intimate concerts in the room; we'll make sure to give ample notice ahead of time in case anyone is planning a serious reading session for that night. All the tables along the north side of the library's second floor are for silent reading, writing, and research.
