Online Book Club
Join one of our free Online Book Clubs and start receiving new and exciting books in your daily email (Monday through Friday). Sign up for one or several book clubs depending on what you like to read. The next morning, you'll start receiving your daily "dose of book." Books change each week so you only read the first 15 to 20 pages, but you can then borrow the book from the library and read the rest.

Looking for a good book to read? Check out these ONLINE NEWSLETTERS with reviews of books and links to our catalog. Choose from a list of newsletters: nonfiction, several genres, children's books, teen titles, gardening, large type, and much more. Read reviews online or receive them once a month in your email. Sign up to receive these newsletters by email. |
Internet Access on Library Computers
Public computers, located in the Children's Department, are for users through the 5th grade. Sixth graders through adults will find Internet access in the Adult Services Department. Parental permission is required for students younger than 18 years old. Users register at the appropriate desk.
If you live in incorporated Addison, you must have an Addison Public Library card.
If you do not have an Addison Public Library card, contact the Children's Department, 630-458-3338, or the Adult Services Department, 630-458-3318, for requirements and restrictions.
All Internet users must abide by the Internet Rules.
The library has wi-fi access throughout the building.
