How to Master the Phone Interview

Job Seekers will learn about the unique challenges of a phone interview and strategies to be successful.

Program Goals:

  1. Identify an employer’s main objectives of a phone interview.
  2. Learn the typical questions commonly asked.
  3. Learn how to prepare for a phone interview.
  4. “Tell me about yourself”, is often the first question asked on an interview. Develop an answer that will set a positive tone for the rest of the interview.
