Use our curbside pickup service to pick up your holds or request items without leaving your car!

  1. Place a hold online or call us to request items on shelf.
  2. If you placed a hold, wait for a notice that your items are ready.
  3. Give us a call before you come to avoid delays.
  4. Park in the designated curbside spot.
  5. Text 630-566-4017 (or call the main number) when you arrive.

A staff member will bring your items right to your car!
