We have officially joined SWAN — a group of 100 libraries that share resources to give you access to more books, media, downloads, and research databases. What does that mean for you? Here are six helpful tips to know now that we joined SWAN.

Join us for National Novel Writing Month (also known as "NaNoWriMo"). All ages are invited to stop by the library starting Nov. 1 to get your NaNoWriMo starter kit, inspiration to kickstart your project (of any length or style), and chances to connect with other local writers.

Each year, libraries across the country recognize Banned Books Week to both celebrate each person’s freedom to choose what they want to read and share information about censorship. During Banned Books Week (Oct. 1-7), we’ll have activities to celebrate your Freedom to Read and highlight the diversity of our collections.
