Social Services Request
Marcey Hernandez is the Library’s Social Services Coordinator. She works directly with patrons, listening to their needs, referring them to community and legal resources, and helping them connect the dots. Her services are available for free by appointment.
One-on-One Appointments
We can help you research, locate legal and medical forms, find your ancestors, and so much more. Some popular appointment topics include- Children's Services: Reading and math help, early literacy guidance

Immigration Services
The Addison Public Library is officially recognized by the Department of Justice and accredited staff are available to assist with the following forms:
- N-400 (naturalization application)
- I-90 (permanent resident card renewal)
- I-912 (fee waiver request)
- I-942 (reduced fee request)
- I-821D (DACA renewal)
We provide the full range of notary services. Please bring a photo ID and your document to be signed in front of the notary.
The library has voter registrars on staff! Whenever possible, our staff will register any qualified DuPage County resident who can provide two forms of ID (at least one should contain a current address). Call 630.458.3322 for more information or register online at ova.elections.il.gov/.
